Rooted in Growth.
Built to Lead.

Practical, story-driven leadership training that equips school leaders to build trust, strengthen culture, and lead with clarity under pressure.
I founded Unbroken Growth to actively support leaders in education. During my 20 years in the Navy, one principle remained constant: when bridge leaders were strong and unified, the entire organization thrived. Our mission is to equip bridge leaders, whether in education, the public sector, or beyond, with practical tools to lead with clarity and conviction.

N'Gai Parham

Founder, Unbroken Growth

U.S. Navy, Retired Chief Petty Officer Master Training Specialist M.S. Management

Navy-tested leadership. Built for today’s bridge leaders.

N'Gai Parham is a retired U.S. Navy Chief with 20 years of service and the founder of Unbroken Growth, a leadership development company equipping today’s leaders to shape tomorrow.

During his military career, he completed four overseas deployments and led more than 850 sailors and civilians across assignments spanning operations at sea, helicopter ordnance testing and loading, disciplinary review boards, administrative separation boards, and technical instruction.

Framework Credibility

While stationed aboard USS Nimitz, N'Gai designed the Quality Assurance 4-Test System, a framework built from scratch that changed how the Navy inspects and validates avionics before installation on aircraft.

Retiring from the Navy clarified two realizations that shaped his mission: the Chief’s Mess model of leadership must live beyond the Navy, and the best way to continue serving is by strengthening the leaders who shape the future for kids and communities.

His work through Unbroken Growth equips principals, assistant principals, district leaders, managers, and other bridge leaders with story-driven training rooted in real-world leadership pressure.

“The future is shaped by the leaders we strengthen today.”

Our Values & Beliefs

At Unbroken Growth, we believe leadership is more than a position, it’s a practice. These values shape every workshop, every conversation, and every transformation we guide:

Transformational Leadership
We believe leaders create change by inspiring growth in others, not by clinging to titles or authority.

Ethical Decision-Making
Leadership means choosing what’s right over what’s easy, even when the stakes are high.

Cultural Empowerment
True leadership strengthens trust, morale, and belonging across every layer of an organization.

Inclusive Growth from Within
Lasting change doesn’t come from outside mandates. It comes from equipping people in the middle to grow, influence, and lead together.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

Leadership growth starts with a conversation. Whether you’re leading a school, a nonprofit, or a team, we’d be honored to walk beside you.
