N’Gai Parham
Founder, Unbroken Growth
Meet Our Founder
N’Gai Parham is a retired U.S. Navy Chief with 20 years of service and the founder of Unbroken Growth, a leadership development company equipping today’s leaders to shape tomorrow.
During his military career, he completed four overseas deployments and led teams of up to 185 sailors and civilians in complex environments. His leadership experience spans operations at sea, helicopter ordnance testing and loading, disciplinary review boards, administrative separation boards, and technical instruction in electronics, communication, and radio theory. While stationed in Pensacola, Florida, he earned the Master Training Specialist designation. While stationed onboard USS Nimitz he designed the Quality Assurance 4-Test System, which transformed how sailors inspected and validated avionics before installation on Navy aircraft.
Retiring from the Navy proved more challenging than anticipated. The experience clarified two realizations that reshaped his mission. First, the Chief’s Mess model of leadership must live beyond the Navy. Second, the best way to continue serving the nation is by strengthening the leaders who shape the future for children and communities. These insights became the foundation of Unbroken Growth.
His work through Unbroken Growth, equips middle leaders with story-driven training rooted in real-world leadership practice. These leaders include principals, assistant principals, district leaders, and managers. His work emphasizes that leadership is not theory. It is forged through pressure, tested in challenges, and sustained by clarity and conviction.
His work is anchored by a signature philosophy: “The future is shaped by the leaders we strengthen today.” His teaching frameworks merge academic research, frontline leadership, and scenario-driven training to build cultures that endure and leaders who influence with integrity.
A lifelong learner N’Gai, Parham remains anchored in service, resilience, and growth. His family is his deepest motivation, and his vision is to empower leaders who not only succeed in their roles but also shape stronger communities and futures.
